For the aligners to work, you’ll need to wear them at least  22 out of 24 hours daily. The aligners will put gentle pressure on your teeth to shift them into proper alignment. You’ll rotate your aligners once a week until your treatment is complete. Dr. Williamson will schedule checkups every four to six weeks to monitor your progress and tweak your treatment if needed.
